James A. Rapp has been appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court as vice-chairperson of the Supreme Court’s Minimum Continuing Legal Education Board. Rapp is a charter member of the MCLE Board. The MCLE Board regulates minimum continuing legal education requirements for Illinois attorneys.
