William M. McCleery, Jr. practices in the areas of real estate, corporations, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, banking, and bankruptcy. He represents various banking clients in foreclosures, bankruptcies, reorganizations, loan workouts, loan restructurings, and other debtor/creditor matters. He has also represented both lenders and borrowers in loan participations, loan syndications, bond issues and in multimillion dollar credit facilities. He has substantial experience representing both publicly and privately held manufacturing, feed, mineral, and ag-businesses in general business matters, including representations in commercial real estate transactions and in the licensing, sale, and distribution of their products.

Bill has been involved in a variety of community and charitable organizations. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce, the Adams County Chapter of the American Red Cross, the Historical Society of Quincy and Adams County (including a term as its President), the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA)(including a term as its President), The Good Samaritan Home (including a term as its President), as well as the Quincy Business & Technology Center. He currently serves on the Board of Denman Services, Inc., a for-profit affiliate of Blessing Hospital, and on the Session of the First Presbyterian Church of Quincy.
